Baked oatmeal is my new jam. Speaking of jam. I threw some cinnamon pear jam on top of this before baking. I did not, however add the apples. no regrets. This was so good. And by so good I mean so freaking good. I’ve made several baked oatmeal’s and this is the first to add egg. Which gave it a perfect texture.
