Don’t Quit Now

🌾 Theme: The Harvest

📖 Scripture:
“So let us not become tired of doing good; for if we do not give up, the time will come when we will reap the harvest.”Galatians 6:9 (GNTD)

📜 Background:
Paul’s letter to the Galatians is a passionate call to live by the Spirit and not grow weary in doing good. In chapter 6, he reminds believers that their efforts—though sometimes unseen or unrewarded—are never wasted. This verse is a promise: perseverance will lead to harvest. But it’s also a challenge—to keep sowing even when the soil feels dry.

💡 Devotional:
A few months ago, I was pouring energy into a project that felt invisible. The encouragement was sparse, the results slow. I remember whispering, “Is this even making a difference?” That day, Galatians 6:9 showed up in my inbox. It felt like God was saying, “Don’t quit now. The harvest is coming.”

We all hit moments when the good we’re doing feels unnoticed—whether it’s caring for others, serving quietly, or staying faithful in prayer. But God sees every seed. And He promises a harvest—not always immediate, but always certain.

If you’re tired today, take heart. The seeds you’ve sown in love, kindness, and obedience are growing. Keep going. The harvest is nearer than you think.

🪞 Reflection Questions:

  • Where in your life are you tempted to give up right now?
  • What “good” have you been sowing that feels unseen or unrewarded?
  • How can you renew your strength and trust in God’s timing?

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, You see the seeds I’ve sown—the ones no one else notices.
Help me not to grow weary.
Renew my strength, restore my hope, and remind me that Your harvest is worth the wait.
I trust Your timing.
Amen.

🛠️ Application:
Choose one area where you’ve felt discouraged.
Write a short note of encouragement to yourself or someone else in that space.
Post Galatians 6:9 somewhere visible this week—your mirror, planner, or phone lock screen.

📌 Takeaway:
Faithful sowing leads to fruitful harvest.
Don’t quit now—your perseverance is planting something eternal.
